My Therapy Approach

In my practice, I primarily work from an psychoanalytic attachment therapeutic modality.

I also draw from a neurobiological standpoint and always include how your brain has been wired to understand your worldview.

First and foremost however, is my focus on the relationship that I create within my therapy room. I strongly believe that in order to be fully and authentically yourself, you need a safe space so my work revolves creating a connection.
