About Me
I’m here for the hard conversations, the raw, emotional vulnerable spaces and the amazing spirit of being human.
I’ve been studying psychology (and being a lifelong student will probably carry on until my last breath) for the last 15 years. I am eternally curious and enjoy working with people from all walks of life. When I haven’t got my head in a book, I am hiking or running in the forest or bush.
I believe that relationships are the essence of life and without them we cease to be who we are. I love creating and facilitating relationships as well as understanding them.
My current research is in the realm of online relationships. I have published various academics works and presented at conferences (check out linkedin for more info).
I have a huge passion for psycho-education and workshops. Presenting my knowledge and gaining insights into other peoples worlds drives me.
At home I am a mom and wife and family adventure planner.
